Mind’s Eye Massage
Sabrielle Votino, LMT
Grounded bodywork that listens to the body and works with it, not against it.
Hi! I'm Sabrielle, an Oregon State licensed massage therapist (LMT). My practice offers integrative bodywork rooted in structural awareness and collaborative care. Each session is guided by what your body presents, whether that is deeper structural work, subtle regulation, or something in between.
Ashiatsu • Craniosacral Therapy • Intraoral TMJ Work • Prenatal Massage • Onsite & Event Bodywork
Introduction
Rather than following a fixed routine, each session responds to what your body is showing in real time. Some sessions are more structural, others more subtle and regulating.
This work is grounded, attentive, and collaborative.

I bring a fully portable bodywork setup into workplaces, studios, retreats, and private events, creating a comfortable space where people can slow down, receive meaningful care, and return to the day feeling more settled.
With a floor-based mat system, these fully clothed sessions use Ashiatsu foot-pressure techniques to offer a more spacious, full-body alternative to traditional chair massage.
Each setup is organized for smooth flow between clients while keeping the experience grounded, personal, and easy to integrate into the event.

Mind’s Eye Massage
Mind's Eye Massage is named for the kind of attention this work asks for: a quiet, internal way of listening to the body. Rather than treating the body as something to fix or force, the work follows the patterns, sensations, and signals already present. Sessions are shaped by presence, consent, and what your body is ready to meet.
About Sabrielle
I am Sabrielle, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Bodyworker based in Portland, OR (LMT #29620)
My path into this work began with a desire to understand the body through lived experience, which naturally grew into supporting others in that same process.
Over time, this work has become less about applying fixed techniques and more about understanding how the body organizes, adapts, and protects itself. Attention stays with patterns of holding, adaptation, and support throughout the system, not just isolated areas of tension.
I specialize in Ashiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Intraoral TMJ work, and Prenatal Massage. Sessions are slow, attentive, and shaped by what is present in the moment.
I graduated from the 930-hour program at Therapeutic Connections School of Massage and continue to study the relationship between the brain, body, and nervous system. My practice is trauma-informed and welcoming to all bodies.
When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m usually practicing music, spending time in nature, or brewing a very intentional cup of tea.
Approach
There is no fixed sequence or routine. Sessions are shaped around comfort, presence, and what feels supportive that day.
Care may include Ashiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Intraoral TMJ work, or Prenatal Massage depending on the session you book. Some sessions stay within one modality, while others integrate approaches when appropriate to support the body’s ability to settle, adapt, and reorganize.
The goal is relief that can carry beyond the session, with work that supports ease, function, and longer-lasting change over time.
This work may support chronic tension, stress patterns, jaw discomfort, pregnancy-related changes, and disconnection from the body.
The intention is to create space where the body can respond without pressure.
Modalities
Each modality offers a different way of working with the body. Every treatment is adapted to your comfort, history, and what your body is needing in that moment.
Best for broad pressure, chronic tension, and full-body decompression.
Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique performed using overhead support bars for balance and control. It uses long, flowing strokes delivered with the feet, allowing for broad, even pressure across larger areas of the body.
The work can range from deeply therapeutic to more slow and restorative, depending on what your body needs. Because pressure is delivered through body weight and large surface contact, it often feels more even and less pinpoint than traditional massage techniques.
This style can be especially supportive for chronic tension patterns, postural strain, physical fatigue, and areas of the body that respond well to sustained, consistent pressure. Depth is adjusted throughout the session based on comfort, tissue response, and what feels supportive.
Best for gentle nervous system support, headaches, and quiet restorative work.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on modality that works with the craniosacral system, including the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. The craniosacral rhythm can be felt throughout the body and used as a primary reference for treatment.
With light touch, treatment is guided by areas where this rhythm and overall motion feel reduced, restricted, or less available. Sessions may be extremely subtle or may involve more directed manual engagement depending on what the system is ready for.
Rather than working only at the site of symptoms, this approach considers how patterns in one area of the body influence the system as a whole, including structural, neurological, and regulatory relationships.
This work may support headaches, postural patterns, jaw and facial tension, stress patterns, post-concussion recovery, chronic pain, and nervous system regulation. Sessions are fully clothed and typically quiet, slow, and deeply restorative.
Best for jaw tension, clenching patterns, and facial or neck holding.
This intraoral work is a deeper extension of Craniosacral Therapy that works inside the mouth to access the jaw, facial structures, and surrounding connective tissues.
Rather than focusing on “tightness” directly, this approach works with areas where motion is limited, held, or less available. The intention is to support improved mobility, coordination, and function in the jaw and related structures, since restriction in this area often affects the system more broadly.
This work is particularly helpful for jaw clenching, TMJ dysfunction, facial tension patterns, headaches, and chronic holding patterns in the neck and upper body, especially when connected to stress or long-standing regulation patterns.
Sessions are done slowly and gently using gloves, with clear communication throughout. This work is always consent-based and integrated into a broader craniosacral approach.
Best for supported rest, pregnancy comfort, and adaptable side-lying care.
Prenatal massage is supportive bodywork designed to accommodate the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy. Sessions are fully supported with cushions and side-lying positioning to ensure comfort and safety at every stage.
This work creates space to reduce physical strain, ease muscular discomfort, and support rest during a time of ongoing change in the body. Each session is adapted to your comfort level, energy, and stage of pregnancy.
This is often a time where being held and supported can make a meaningful difference. Care is paced with respect for rest, support, and the transitions happening during pregnancy.
Onsite & Events
Onsite bodywork creates a calm treatment space within workplaces, studios, retreats, fitness spaces, and private events, with sessions that feel organized, grounded, and easy to integrate into the flow of the day.
Sessions are performed on a floor-based mat system with clients fully clothed, using Ashiatsu foot-pressure techniques with rhythmic compression and sustained pressure.
This approach offers a more full-body alternative to traditional chair massage while allowing for efficient movement through multiple clients in workplace, event, and community settings.
A fully portable setup includes floor mats, bolstering, and support equipment needed to create a clean and comfortable treatment environment.
Sessions are structured to maintain a calm, grounded flow while remaining adaptable to the needs of the event or group.
Sessions can be scheduled in short, focused blocks or longer rotations depending on the setting, group size, and pace of the event.
The setup is designed to support smooth transitions between clients while keeping the treatment space calm, grounded, and easy to access.
